Our heat went out last week up at my house in Gallatin and they arrived within the hour to check it out. They showed me the problem in my old unit and scheduled the replacement installation the next week. Then they called me 2 days early and offered to come on out that afternoon and install, which worked out good for us. They did a great job and attention to detail was refreshing. Awesome customer service!

After a power surge our unit went out. It was 90+ degree weather and we had out of town guests, attending a relative's funeral, staying with us. Dave came out immediately to check our unit out and diagnose it. It ended up being several things, but he saved us a ton of money. The Hunters are very reliable, prompt, and most of all honest and do everything quickly to repair your unit. We will now only use Hunter Heating and Air for all our service and repairs for life. We will also refer them to everyone we know in the future.

Upstairs air was out at my parent's house. The unit is at least 12 years old. I called Dave and he showed up promptly within the hour and instead of trying to push me to go on and replace the unit because of its age, he performed full diagnostics and it ended up only being a couple hundred dollar fix. Thank you for your honesty. I plan on recommending them to take care of our heating and air at my workplace.

Hunter Heating and Air saved us this summer. Within an hour from calling them, they were at my house evaluating our old unit. We decided on a new one and planned to install it the next day.
