Established in 2014 Hunter Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC(HHA) is approaching 10 years of HVAC service for both the commercial and residential community in Sumner County.

Under the tutelage of their father, brothers Daniel and David, Jr. spent their adolescent years absorbing the wisdom of David Hunter, Sr. Senior enjoyed a successful career in custom home building and remodeling. Many after school hours and weekends were on the job training learning all aspects of the construction industry.

After varying careers in their 20’s, Daniel and David, Jr. set their sights on developing a commercial and residential HVAC company that would be founded on a firm set of family values with a commitment to excellence rarely found in the industry. Over the years the Hunter’s observed the tendency in the industry to diagnose and repair verses replacing the whole unit. With the instilled family values and over 40 years combined experience in home repair Hunter Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC (HH&A, LLC) was born!

Over the next few years HH&A, LLC operated by word-of-mouth references. By 2015 the business had prospered and expanded into servicing commercial properties as well. Daniel spent his spare time taking continued education classes offered by the HVAC suppliers to stay on top of the latest innovations in the industry.

By 2016, HH&A, LLC was growing! Daniel & David added an apprentice technician and service van to his fleet. Maintaining the vision and principles the company was founded on his customer base expanded.

In 2019 David could not suppress his love of flying airplanes and left the company to pursue his pilot career. Daniel maintained his customer base through the COVID years while conforming to the medical restraints of the time.

In 2022, after joining forces with new business partner Mark Wilburn, hard work and word of mouth advertising paid off as HHA was named the “Best of Sumner County – 2022” and “Best of Music City – 2022” by the Tennessean / USA voter’s poll. . Implementing a 5-year business plan in 2023, 2024 was a breakout year for HHA. There’s no stopping the growth in Sumner County for the next decade and Hunter Heating & Air will be there to provide economical, efficient, and ecological solutions to any HVAC need.
