Our lack of size prevents us from providing full time 24-7 Emergency Service, however Daniel always does his best to rescue his regular customers in a pinch!

They showed me the problem in my old unit and scheduled the replacement installation the next week. "When we moved to Hendersonville in 2023, one of our AC units decided it was time to retire (yay, homeownership). We called around and eventually landed on Hunter Heating and Air, and honestly, they've been the MVPs of this whole ordeal.
They came out late at night to give us an estimate and beat every other quote we got. On top of that, they patched up our AC to get us through until the replacement could be installed. Customer service and communication? Impeccable. You don't see that much these days.
Fast forward to this winter-we had them back out to service our units and check the fireplace. They showed up on time, got everything ready to go, and even walked me through what they fixed on the fireplace. It was quick, easy, and thorough.
But here's the kicker: a couple weeks later, the fireplace started acting up again. My husband called them from a tree stand (priorities ), and within 25 minutes, they were at my door fixing it. While they were here, I casually mentioned our water heater was leaking ... A LOT (the original unit, rusty and falling apart), and they gave me a quote on the spot that, once again, beat everyone else.
Honestly, these guys are just good at what they do. They're friendly, professional, and make stressful situations way easier to handle. I'm not usually one to write long reviews, but when you find a team this solid, you share it.
